At approximately 11:30 a.m. on June 27, 2017, four employees were pouring a slur ry concrete at a rebar wall against the slope. The scaffold gave way, all four e mployees were injured when scaffold fell and the rebar wall fell on top of the e mployees. The employees suffered from multiple fractures resulting in hospitaliz ation of two employees.
