Employee amputates finger tip when caught between chain and

At 9:00 a.m. on June 4, 2017, an employee was performing maintenance work on the Mochi Filler #5 Ice Cream Maker. The employee was greasing a chain or sprocket located on the back side of the machine when his fingertip was caught between the chain and sprocket. The employee amputated the tip of his finger and was hospitalized.
