Investigation Summary
At 2:10 p.m. on June 13, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was engaged in demolition work at a commercial building. He crawled under a stack of old 2 by 4's suspended on two saw horses to remove wires from the wood. The saw horses collapsed, and Employee #1, who was lying on his back, was struck by the falling boards. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital.
