Employee slips and lands on broom handle, and is injured

At approximately 2:15 p.m. on April 26, 2017, an employee was on top of the shred truck, attempting to loosen a jam with a broom. As he climbed down off the trucks hood he slipped and landed on the broom handle which hit him in the groin/rectum area. The employee was hospitalized and underwent minor surgery.
