Investigation Summary
At 10:00 a.m. on January 15, 1998, Employee #1, an employee of Bald Mountain Ranch, Inc., was injured when the hand of Employee #1 was caught between a log and wood splitting blade. Employee #1 suffered a severe crush injury with an amputation of the little finger on the left hand. Bald Mountain Ranch, Inc. processes fire and kindling wood for sale to retail operations.
