Employee's finger injured in roller of printing press

Employee #1 had just finished cleaning printing press #37 and was changing the ink color. He put new ink in the press and prepared to run it through the machine. Employee #1 started the press when he noticed some lint on one of the rollers, which were still somewhat wet and tacky. He was reaching to manually remove the lint when his middle finger became caught in the roller and was pilled in. He sustained a fracture, and the skin was also pulled off his finger. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital for treatment.
