Employee killed when run over by harvester

Employee #1, an experienced manager, was operating a self-propelled pickup walnut harvester when he fell from his seat. He fell off the left side, was dragged briefly, and was then run over by the left rear rubber tire. Employee #1's chest was crushed, killing him. Employee #1's body was removed to the mortuary.
