Employee killed when forklift overturns

At approximately 11:15 a.m. on June 9, 2004, Employee #1 was operating a forklift. For some reason, the forklift overturned and fell on top of him. Employee #1 was transported to Sierra View Hospital in Porterville, California and was pronounced dead due to severe crushing injuries.
