Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:45 a.m., on February 14, 2005, Employee # 1, working for Rodriguez Farm Labor Contractor, was removing fruit trees from a bin that was being towed by a tractor. Employee #1 lost his footing and was run over by the trailer tire. The employee was taken to Kaweah Delta Hospital, Visalia, CA, where he was hospitalized for treatment of a lower leg fracture.
