Employee Is Injured by Falling Wall Frame

On February 23, 2006, Employee # 1 and six other coworkers were raising a 20-ft by 14-ft wood-frame wall. While lifting the wall, the group realized the wall was too heavy. While lowering the wall, they lost control of the wall and dropped it. Employee #1 was pinned between the wall and the ground. Employee #1 was treated for a fractured left leg and fractured ribs. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
