Investigation Summary
On March 1, 2006, Employee #1 was assembling computers on a conveyor line, when the computer trays became stuck on a stopper. When he lifted a tray with a computer over the stopper to un-jam the line, the line then began to move and his finger became caught between two trays. His left middle finger tip was amputated, and he was hospitalized with his injury.
