Employee crushed to death under hydro seeder

Employee #1 was working on a straw blower truck at a hydro seeding site. He left his position on the straw truck and came down a small hill to the hydro seeder, which had just begun its operation. He walked to the front of the slow moving vehicle and, for reasons that cannot be ascertained, fell beneath the truck and was fatally crushed.
