Employee injured in 16 ft fall from ladder

On February 25, 1993, Employee #1, of the Port of Portland, had finished moving a 50 ton crane, #373, to the west end of terminal #6. He was on the platform between the elevator and a ladder leading to the ground. Due to icy conditions early in the morning, Employee #1 slipped on a ladder rung and fell 16 ft to the ground.
