Investigation Summary
Employee #1, a cleanup person in a planing department, was responsible for cleaning wood debris from around the mill equipment. After Employee #1 had not been seen for a long time, a coworker went looking for her and found her trapped in a conveyor system. She was not breathing and was extremely cyanotic. After Employee #1 was extricated, she was transported to a funeral home by the medical examiner's office.
