Employee breaks arm in fall from roof

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on January 3, 1994, Employee #1 was working on a 7:12 pitched roof with an eave-to-ground height of approximately 26 feet 10 inches. He was on his way down from the roof to get a broom when he fell from the rear area of the roof. Employee #1 sustained a broken arm.
