Employee falls from tree and fractures back and neck

At 9:50 a.m. on May 25, 2017, an employee was tied off in a tree while cutting a branch above where he was tied off. The part of the tree in which the employee was tied off to suddenly broke away and fell to the ground with the employee still attached to it, causing fractures to back and neck.
