Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:20 a.m. on May 24, 2017, Employee #1 was working in a vineyard and trimming tips of grape bunches. As she worked, she started feeling lightheaded and dizzy. Employee #1 took a recovery break and at approximately 11:30 a.m., she started to feel better and went home. After she left work, she again began to feel ill and went to the hospital around 1:18 p.m. At the hospital, she was treated for acute chest pain and was then released at approximately 6:07 p.m. on the same day.
