Employee killed when run over by truck
Employee #1 was driving a 2 1/2 ton maintenance truck with a flat bed up a slight hill. When the truck stopped and started to roll back down the hill, Employee #1 jumped out and hit a tree. The truck's left front wheel ran over his chest and killed him.
