Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on February 18, 1995, Employee #1 was run over by a car that was driven off the track of a carwash by a coworker. Employee #1 was pinned under the car and against the left wall of the entrance to the carwash. He suffered a crushed pelvis and lacerations to the upper legs and abdomen. His abdomen was ripped open, exposing his insides. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital. On April 29, 1995, he died in the hospital.
