At 3:30 p.m. on May 25, 2017, a 66 year old male employee was performing maintenance on a Bridgemaster trailer on a ready mix truck. The employee was struck by and pinned underneath the left rear tag wheel of the Bridgemaster trailer while performing maintenance work on the truck. The employee died from his injuries at the site.
