Employee Dies of Apparent Heart Attack

On August 20, 2002, Employee #1 was monitoring a water pump when he began to feel ill. Emergency responders determined that he might be having a heart attack, and transported him by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
