Employee killed in fall through corrugated roof

Employee #1 was unrolling an air hose while walking backward on the roof of a mill when he stepped off the mill roof onto the roof of the train shed. The corrugated roofing of the train shed could not support him, and he fell approximately 30 ft onto the concrete floor. Employee #1 suffered massive head injuries and was killed.
