AN EMPLOYEE WAS TROUBLESHOOTING AN ENERGIZED 8000-VOLT AM TRANSMITTER. AFTER LOCKING THE SAFETY INTERLOCK CLOSED, THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED PART. HE WAS FOUND ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE TRANSMITTER. HE HAD BEEN ELECTROCUTED.
