Employee struck and killed by tractor trailer

Employee #1 walked into the path of a semi-trailer loaded with turkeys and was struck by the left rear of the trailer. The blow knocked him down onto the blacktop. The trailer's left dual rear wheels ran over Employee #1's chest and head, killing him instantly.
