Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on April 10, 2017, an employee was walking down steps from the parking lot to the Leggett Special Events Center. The employee was descending the steps when he fell from the last step striking his head on the concrete. The employee suffered from head trauma and was killed.
