Investigation Summary
At 10:30 p.m. on March 24, 2017, an employee was moving some pallets using an electric pallet jack. The employee misjudged the location of a pillar and caught their right middle and ring fingers between the pillar and the steering column of the pallet jack, lacerating and dislocating them. The employee did not require hospitalization.
