Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on February 7, 2017, and employee was assisting a coworker to move metal truck racks by hand. As they were looking for markings to pair the racks with the trucks, one of the racks slipped and pinned the employee's right pinky finger between the racks. The employee amputated his finger.
