Investigation Summary
At 2:10 a.m. on March 30, 2017, an employee was attempting to flip an I-beam so that other side could be prepped for paint. While the employee was lifting the beam and grab it into position, it was caught on the bottom of the I-beam during upward movement. The beam fell on the employee who received a knee fracture.
