Investigation Summary
At 8:45 a.m. on March 29, 2017, an employee was processing bags of dried milk. The employee stepped backwards off a palletizing stand that was 20 inches off the ground floor, lost their balance and fell to the ground, injuring their right shoulder. The employee was taken to the hospital and released less than 24 hours later.
