Investigation Summary
At 2:00 p.m. on April 11, 2017, an employee was pressure washing the side of a building from a lift and was found unresponsive by management personnel. The employee had taken an electric shock to his body and was killed by electrocution. The lift was raised to be within 10 feet from the overhead power lines.
