Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on April 10, 2017, an employee was cutting down 32 inch diameter Poplar tree. The tree reportedly kicked back after striking a second tree, nearby. The employee was struck by the falling tree and suffered chest and head trauma. The employee was killed.
