Employee falls from portable stage and fractures hip
At 8:30 a.m. on March 18, 2017, an employee was setting up speakers on top of a 4 foot high portable stage. The employee stepped off the edge of the stage and fell approximately 4 feet to the concrete below and suffered a fractured left hip. The employee was hospitalized.
