Investigation Summary
At 11:30 a.m. on March 3, 2017, an employee was securing a paint can to the cab of a forklift that was located on a trailer. As he turned around to walk towards the steps of the trailer, he tripped and fell, approximately 36 inches to the dirt ground. The employee sustained a fractured right hip, which he was hospitalized and received treatment.
