Employee killed in fall from stepladder

At approximately 12:00 noon on July 29, 1996, Employee #1, the sole owner of the company, was removing overhead electrical work while on an 8-foot stepladder. He apparently fell off the stepladder to a concrete floor, sustaining a skull fracture that resulted in his death.
