Employee killed when crushed under truck wheels

Employee #1 was apparently unhooking an air hose from the rear brakes of a tractor trailer dump truck. A second vehicle was to pull-start his trailer, and the driver of the second truck thought Employee #1 was in his tractor. When the second truck moved forward, Employee #1 became caught under the rear tandem wheels of his trailer. He was crushed and killed.
