Employee killed in gasoline fire and explosion

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on July 7, 1996, Employee #1 was using gasoline to clean tile glue off the basement floor in a residential home. The gasoline vapors ignited, resulting in an explosion. Employee #1 suffered third-degree burns over 100% of his body and was killed.
