Employee crushed to death by tractor that overturns

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on June 27, 1994, Employee #1 was pulling railroad cars with a John Deere 4010 tractor using a chain and cable. The employee slowed the tractor down to cross over a set of railroad tracks. The railroad cars rolled alongside, pressing the cable against the tractor's rear wheel. The cable held the wheel of the tractor, causing the front of the tractor to lift off the ground, flip over, and land on the employee. He died.
