Investigation Summary
Four rail cars were being moved to the east end of a load track with the bucket of a front end loader. As the front end loader was backing up in a half moon circle from the load track to the empty track approximately 12 1/2 ft away, the front end loader backed over and killed Employee #1, who had walked behind the front end loader.
