Employee killed in fall from ladder
At approximately 11:30 a.m. on March 28, 1994, Employee #1 was descending the ladder of a manually-propelled elevating aerial platform (Hi-Jacker) when he lost his grip and fell approximately 10 ft to the concrete surface. He died of head injuries sustained in the fall.
