Investigation Summary
Employee #1, age 20, and a coworker were sitting on a curb, taking a break from their cleanup duties at the construction site, when a coworker drove a front end loader toward them. The loader did not stop and it struck Employee #1, killing him. The coworker saw the loader in time and escaped without injury.
