ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU LADDER
Two employees were putting away a ladder hoist. The ladder contacted a 69-kilovolt overhead power line. One of the employee was electrocuted. The other received an electric shock. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
