Employee catches motor blade and partially amputates fingert

At 2:30 p.m. on March 17, 2017, an employee was checking for leaks in the four filters in the vacuum. The employee ran their hand to the top of one of the filters where they made contact with the moving parts of one of the motors. The employee partially amputated the tip of his right middle finger. Hospitalization was not needed.
