Employee killed by the falling arms of skid steer loader

Employee #1 was working on a Bobcat skid steer loader that had leaking O rings in its hydraulic lines. The loader's bucket was raised and Employee #1 was disconnecting the hydraulic hoses to replace the O rings. When the line was disconnected the bucket dropped, pinning Employee #1 under the arms of the loader and killing him. The safety locking arm was present on the machine but not being used.
