ELECTRIC SHOCK - GROUND FAULT IN ELECTRICAL CONDUIT
An employee was working in the attic of a bank. He contacted an ungrounded conduit running to an exterior lighting fixture. A ground fault had apparently energized the conduit, and the employee was electrocuted.
