Employee sustains minor injuries in fall from platform

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on September 13, 2007, Employee #1 was on a mason tender's load platform that was used for stocking blocks and mortar when he lost his balance and fell approximately 6 ft onto a concrete floor. He suffered head and shoulder injuries and was airlifted to a local hospital, where he was treated and released the same day. The platform was not equipped with guardrails.
