FELL ONTO CONVEYOR AND CRUSHED BY COAL BREAKER
An electric utility employee fell down a coal chute in a car dumper area. He fell onto a conveyor belt, which transported him to the plant's breaker building (where coal is broken into smaller chunks). The employee was crushed and died of his injuries.
