Investigation Summary
An employee was delivering sand in a tractor trailer rig to a construction site. When the employee raised the bed of the truck to dump the sand, the truck bed contacted a 7200-volt overhead power line. The employee got out of the cab of the truck and was electrocuted when he touched the ground.
