Investigation Summary
At 9:00 a.m. on March 1, 2017, Employee #1, an inmate working at a state prison, and Coworker #1 were clearing ice from the PVC roof. Employee #1 was hosing the roof with water. He walked into a shaded area, slipped, and fell. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was treated for the fracture of a small bone in his right leg and then discharged.
