At 9:30 p.m. on March 7, 2017, an employee was parking a stand-up powered industrial truck in the battery charging area. The employee's left foot was run over by the truck when a coworker pushed the battery power disconnect red button which allowed the lift to continue to move over a yellow stopper. The employee had their left foot amputated.
