Employee falls onto lawn mower and fractures ankle

At 10:00 a.m. on February 13, 2017, Employee #1 was working off of a platform that was five feet off of the ground. The employee fell off of the platform and landed on a riding lawn mower that was on the ground below. His foot got caught in the steering wheel of the mower, and his ankle was severely broken. Employee #1 was hospitalized for four nights.
